For make label stickers, you can use offset rotary press or flexo, and as flexo printing method no need fountain solution which is more eco-friendly, and Flexo press is much cheaper too, but, the photosensitie resin plate of Flexo compare with PS or CTP of rorary press is less precision, with MEG printing ink that great dot, it has excellent performance.
And the UV LED Flexo op varnish is with 95 glossniss, anti- yellowing, and can be work on all types of led UV flexo press.
